Quality Loan Estimates
While in the pre-approval process, it’s important that you receive detailed loan estimates of all options available to you. Just as important as knowing your options is the accuracy of the estimates. You will rely on the estimates to show you the payment you’ll have and money you will need to complete the purchase. We will say again, not all lenders are created equal. What you can expect from us is attention to detail and accuracy. We don’t undershoot to make a more attractive proposal and we don’t omit the items commonly missed by our competition. We give it to you straight and what we quote at the beginning, will be unchanged at the end.
A Quality Pre-Approval Process
A pre-approval is essentially a lender vouching that you are ready and able to obtain financing. If you are pre-approved, you will receive an “approval letter”. If you are buying for the first time, we want you to know that not all lenders are created equal. The number one reason buyers fail to obtain their financing while in contract on a home is due to their lender’s failure to properly qualify the loan file. There are three things we do to avoid these kinds of failures: collect all the facts, collect all the documentation required, full file review by an underwriter. This has been and always will be our “secret” to our buyer’s high success rate of being able to close on their home.
